This hotel is perfect for me! I love the heated pool, excellent wi-fi, and helpful staff who once helped me find a lost jewel. Their friendly service makes every stay enjoyable. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

I was charged extra for parking during a hurricane, which felt ridiculous. To make matters worse, I found a cockroach on the kitchen countertop! The living room smelled strongly of dog urine, making it unbearable. The dog relief area was cramped and poorly maintained, not at all what I was expecting.

Our family had a fantastic experience during our 4-night stay. The breakfast was incredibly satisfying with a wide array of options, and the pool area was beautiful—our kids couldn’t get enough of it. The staff, especially Paulette at the front desk, made our check-in smooth and were always willing to help. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some refreshing.

I stayed for 4 nights in a king studio and wow, it was spacious! The beach was just steps away, and the sunrises were stunning. The pool was clean, and the bar service near the pool made it even better! My only complaint was that I struggled to find parking once or twice when I returned late. Overall, great spot!

Additionally, the bathroom design is not particularly accommodating for those with mobility issues. the toilet height and the bed's elevation pose challenges for individuals with knee problems.
